The Royal Caribbean Group’s Safety,Security & Environment has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Occupational Guest Safety reporting to the Manager, Occupational & Guest Safety.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can synthesize complex information, identify trends, and present actional insights within the department. The Senior Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to support department and company goals and ensure data-driven decision-making processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex data sets, using various methods and tools. Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, key performance indicators (KPI) and reports to present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Translate data into clear, visually compelling presentations. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver results. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across all systems. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related field. Proven experience as an Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets. Advance skills and proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI and/or Excel, to create meaningful reports and dashboards. Strong system knowledge of PowerPoint presentations. Riskonnect experience preferred. Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and precision. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement. Ability to derive insights from data to influence decision-makingWork Environment
