Senior Analyst, People Analytics - Remote USA (*eligible states)
About The RoleThis role will serve as an active thought partner and will play a key role in the development, design and implementation of people analytics. Will help improve data integrity to achieve high quality, actionable data & metrics. Responsible for owning the tracking, measurement, and improvement of key people initiatives. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Ideal candidates will have strong quantitative, technical, data visualization and storytelling skills. This role will require cross functional collaboration with teams in DE+I, recruiting, finance, etc. Your responsibilities are centered to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle HR problems. This position will leverage Workday reporting, Workday dashboarding and Workday Discovery boards.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

5 + years of Workday HCM report development experience

Proven extensive knowledge in HR reporting and analytics

Experience working with large data sets

Experience in data cleansing, statistical modeling and programming

Preferred Requirements:

Workday Pro Certification – Reporting

Experience with data visualization tools

The expected salary range for this role is $101,745.00-$122,400.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
