About the Role
The Performance Data and Strategy Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insights, and formulating strategic initiatives to optimize performance within the bank partnership distribution channel. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing strategic priorities for PD, including long-term goals and short-term objectives that align with the company’s goals.Analyze performance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and customer behavior trends.Preparing reports detailing progress towards goals, identifying issues and challenges, and recommending solutionsParticipating in meetings with external stakeholders, partners, etc.Conducting research to identify new opportunities for growth in existing channels or for development of new channels.Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track and monitor sales performance.Validate the accuracy of PD related reports and campaign leaderboards, to ensure that all data entries are accurate, consistent and are based on valid criteria and calculations.Conduct regular reviews and analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.Identify areas of underperformance and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate insights, findings and recommendations to management team and key stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and action plans to drive growth and profitability.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings, sales strategies, branch activations.Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives or branch expansions.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the distribution channel.Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to inform business strategy.Work closely with internal teams and bank partners to align on business goals and strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies.Serve as a subject matter expert on performance data and strategy, providing guidance and support as needed.Minimum Job Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive results.Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning is a plus.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
