Job Summary:
As a member of the Revenue Operation team, the Sr. Analyst, Pricing will beresponsible for ensuring accurate pricing data within the JD Edwards (JDE) system, executing pricing updates, and resolving technical issues related to pricing and data integrity.You will insure maintenance of process and JDE system
**Responsibilities**
• Manage and maintain pricing data within JDD Edwards (JDE) system ensuring accuracy, functionality, and efficient workflows.
• Monitor daily pricing processes to ensure data integrity and investigate/resolve discrepancies pricing errors promptly.
• Partner with Strategic Pricing Team for guidance on independent, GPO/IDN, Government, and OUS Distributors approach.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system-related pricing problems.
• Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.
• Prepare expiration reports, build purchase requests, discrepancy credit and rebill analysis, and other tactical support as needed.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on pricing data and performance.
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting related to pricing processes in JDE.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in pricing processes and system enhancements
• Support the integration of new pricing technologies or system upgrades.
**Expected Areas of Competencies:**
• Proven experience in pricing execution and management within SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), pricing tools. Experience with analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) a plus.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, calculations, and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills with ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distill actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Qualifications**
• 5+ years of experience in pricing or systems software, or a related field, preferably within a medical device industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant JDE certification is a plus. Combined education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to travel domestically, estimated 15% travel
