Senior Analyst, Privacy Operations and Data Governance (Maternity cover) – Vilnius, Lithuania

In this role, you will work closely with legal and business partners to support global privacy and data governance operations and programs.
Role Responsibilities
Assist with Privacy Risk Assessments (PRA’s) and work with legal and business teams to analyze responses, identify privacy risks, and set adequate privacy controls. Conducting gap analyses of privacy laws and regulations.
Support the global privacy team and business to document controls to assess compliance with industry standards (i.e. NIST Framework, ISO 27701) and documentation requirements.
Analyze data to spot trends and opportunities across the legal function and company and help to build metrics and reports.
Support privacy, operations, and the business with data quality and integrity initiatives.
Help assess processes, identify and document requirements, implement process optimization and automatizations.
Support operations Curate content libraries, create and update training materials, plan and host events and workshops.
Participate in a variety of privacy, operations, and cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Role Requirements
3+ years of experience in legal, privacy, information governance, information security, regulatory compliance, or similar fields.
Strong technical experience and the ability to navigate and assess complex business processes, systems, and data flows.
Preferably has experience with system administration, databases, PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Apps, is technology savvy and keen to learn new systems.
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Customer-oriented and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Fluent in both spoken and written English

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,508 – 3,900 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
