About the Role
The primary purpose of the Senior Analyst, Product is to support the Product & Proposition team in the development and execution of the product strategy by managing product lifecycle, preparing documents and liaising with system team.This position exists to ensure that the product is successful in delivering value to the customer and meeting the organization's goals and objectives.
Support end-to-end product development activities from research to post-launch monitoring.
Support product-related projects and initiatives, ensuring project completion within targeted timeline.
Prepare product related documents such as product specifications, policy contracts and regulatory filing documents.
Prepare and translate product documentation, marketing collaterals, sales presentation and training materials.
Liaise with system team in development/enhancement of product features.
Gather and analyze market information, benchmark products, and maintain a product database.
Respond to customer/ internal inquiries and provide product related support.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed by the company from time-to-time.
