Role & Responsibilities:

Strategy-Focused:

Partner with various functions and leaders to develop global product allocation strategies.Conduct gap analysis from previous processes and share best practices and insights.

Process Improvement / Reengineering:

Drive process harmonization across various brands.Focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes.Identify new ways to track KPIs and provide visibility to the leadership team on KPI performance.

Project Management:

Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.Communicate closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members.Influence behavior and mindset changes to achieve business objectives.

Data & Reporting:

Partner with COE Systems Lead to build sourcing-related data analytics and reports.Utilize analytics platforms such as Tableau.

Competency Requirements:

Experience:2-4 years’ experience in supply chain, retail/consumer industry, or consulting analyst roles.Technical Skills:Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, etc.).Soft Skills:Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as a team player.Effective communication and influence skills globally and regionally.Others: High-quality output and accountability.Agile learning and embracing change.Project management competencies.
