The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Army portfolio of programs within EO/IR Solutions product line in Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) with financial cost review, financial reporting, forecasting, presentations and other strategic analysis.
This position can work from any Raytheon location.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include partnering with the Program Manager and Cost Account Managers/ Integrated Product Team Leads (CAMs/IPTLs) and provide personal involvement in the successful proposal and implementation of the contract.Ensure that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed and submitted on time.Responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.Providing the internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit and cash forecasting and analysis) and billings.Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.Assist in any proposal activity, such as creating BOEs, gate packages, etc.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience with SAP suite including APEX, PRISM, RPlan and AO Reporting.Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and influence in a matrix organization.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Good written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to present complex information to all levels of management.Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements.Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft. Excel functions (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.).Self-motivated.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs).Experience in reporting and analyzing Earned Value Management (EVM).Exposure to cash/billings.Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve.Understanding of Raytheon Technologies financial and accounting policies and procedures.Additional Information
