The Senior Analyst, Project Analytics supports strategic operations planning, analytics and reporting for the stores organization.  The role is critical to run the business through completion of monthly and quarterly performance reviews.  Additionally, the role will develop a sophisticated process for managing and tracking the ops project portfolio.  This will entail strong collaboration with ops and cross-functional partners.  The role requires a strong analytical mind-set with an ability to set up data analytics tools to empower leaders across the organization.  Excellence in project management and attention to detail are also critical.

 

A Day in the Life:

Collaborate with store ops partners to manage ops project portfolio, weekly status tracking and issue resolution.Track performance against goals, diagnose gaps and help solve issues.Assist in completing monthly and quarterly performance reviews.Provide for and QC data in board, ELT, and XFN reports.Collaborate with Store Ops Analytics team to identify key metrics to help drive decision making.Develop analytics tools to empower leaders across the organization to make strong decisions.Support planning, decision-making, and other run-the-business needs with strategic thinking and analytical insight.Work with and in stores to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies/performance.

 

You’ll Come With:

A Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline required (Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)>3 years of experience in highly analytical rolesProject management and data analyticsExperience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, and similar contexts
