The Role
The Business Management & Strategy team provides operational and strategic support across the Compliance, Risk & Business Operations (CRBO) functions and the broader Asset Management (AM) organization in the areas of:
Business Management, including the aggregation and collection of Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (OKPIs)The establishment, implementation, and execution of a robust communication strategyReal estate planning for all of Asset Management, including the close coordination with the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) and the Future of Work (FoW) teamTechnology product support for the CRBO technology portfolio; andStrategic support and program management support for key CRBO initiativesWithin the broader Business Management & Strategy team, the Senior Analyst, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives will assist in the execution of efforts related to strategic support and program management support for key CRBO initiatives area.

Bachelors or equivalent degree requiredMinimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferredExperience assisting / executing strategic initiatives including assessments and recommendationsExceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously managing several programs.If you excel working in a project-based environment and exhibit strong collaboration skillsGood Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite– PowerPoint, Word, Excel and willingness to learnAttention to detail and independent judgement to handle various projects (simultaneously)If you can manage deliverables, re-prioritize, and meet deadlines with high quality workEffective communication and good articulation are your key skillsYou embrace a wide variety of work and are flexible - from the ability to support administrative functions to executive interactions to make the project successfulCertifications:Company Overview
