**SALARY** : $73,000 - $77,000, bonus eligible

**ROLE SUMMARY:** The Senior Sales Analyst performs complex work related to the comprehensive sales strategy. This position is responsible for analyzing industrial trends, including pricing, style trends, and providing recommendations to the Sales Director allowing for strategy to be developed. Sales staff can rely on this position to provide them with sales analytics and forecasting data. The Senior Sales Analyst will work directly with state managers or state reps in his/her territory to establish clear communication to ensure sales objectives are fulfilled and inventory is properly managed.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage special projects, such as data analysis, process improvement, report building, and commissions modeling.
+ Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics.
+ Manage quarterly results autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processes.
+ Oversee the sales pipeline, including pipeline reviews, identification of risks, and communication with Sales Leadership.
+ Lead metrics reporting and analysis for sales function, and effectively “tell the story” around revenue.
+ Partner with the Finance and Sales Leadership teams to set sales quotas.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in a sales operations analyst role or related position.
+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Client-centered focus and willingness to deliver service proactively.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office related software.
+ Ability to write SQL queries to mine large data sets, and to join disparate sources of information.
+ Ability to investigate requirements in depth to understand the underlying business need and impact across the organization.
+ Passionate about data and analysis, including an in-depth interest in the beer/alcohol industry.
