Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Analyst level position, reporting into the Channel Operations Team. This is a customer facing role with daily interaction, requiring a bias for action and process discipline.
The primary focus for this role will be support for Costco (50-75%) and Ibrahim Shaker export customer (10-25%) , followed by occasional needs for Rent-A-Center, Crosley or other National Accounts.
The Channel Operations team is trade facing and focused on supporting our various sales channels to help grow Whirlpool’s share while continuously improving strategic performance while working together with internal and external partners.
The primary purpose of this role is to create profitable growth with National Accounts by working with process partners across the organization. This will be accomplished by creating value through operational efficiency for our customers (internal/external) and creating a financial value for the corporation through continuously improving our operational spend. This individual will support the National Accounts and operationalize by working with key process partners. They will provide account support and help develop, maintain and monitor scorecards/ KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to identify performance gaps that need to be further understood. They will perform root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and highlight process & operational execution gaps that will direct us on where we need to work through a continuous improvement environment.

Reviewing gaps in trade inventory levels and making recommendations on where to improve in-stock rates.Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in sales, order or delivery management (across business units such as sales, finance, merchandising or operations)Preferred skills and experiences
Continuous Improvement trained with proven application and the ability to analyze data/information, ask probing questions and identify systemic issues with an investigative mindsetExperience with establishing collaborative relationships with customers and process partners across varying levels within the organization with the ability to influence across the org and with external customers through effectively presenting facts and data Proven self starter, creative problem solver and communicatorCapable of managing many activities simultaneously and autonomously, and comfortable with continuous reprioritizationProject Management / Process development experience and sound cross-functional knowledge of the businessSystem proficiency: Excel, Tableau, SAP & Google’s suite of tools.
