Senior Analyst, Seller Programs - Integrated Ops-Singapore

The Seller Programs team sits under General Ops’ Integrated Ops function. The team plans and operates all core seller programs; the team is also involved in ensuring the smooth launch and enrolment of tactical packages and any other platform-wide benefits to all key seller segments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst / Associate to support our program operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of platform processes. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to drive program goals and enhance overall seller experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze seller programs data and metrics to identify trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure tight governance and standardization across program frameworks through collaboration with both regional and local stakeholders.
- Monitor sellers’ performance in the respective programs / segments, provide insights to improve program design, governance, and user experience, as well as ensure timely issuance of incentives to sellers where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Seller Programs, Commercial, Finance, and Product to implement operational improvements and/or address issues impacting performance.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
- Work closely with Seller Engagement to coordinate external seller communications, and/or Customer Care team to address potential seller inquiries.
- Assist in UATs of new program initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging mechanics in e-commerce operations.
