P2 Sr Analyst, ServiceNow Administration and Development
Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

3-5 years of IT experienceBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field2+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise software and solutionsITIL v3 or v4 certification a plusExperience with ServiceNow instance upgrades and patches along with strategy and execution.Experience with integration components such as SSO, LDAPExperience with web technologies such as AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST)Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design, and/or software engineering principlesUnderstanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITILExperience with Run book automation and data integrationExperience with a scripting language, such as PowerShell, Perl or PythonExperience with GCP or AWS Cloud Infrastructure
