Senior Analyst, Stewardship

This is an exciting position for anyone wishing to contribute to positive change within the area of human capital management (HCM). Technological progress, demographic changes, globalization, the green transition, the emergence of new ways of working, and changes in employees’ expectations are bringing structural changes and disruptions to society and labour markets. This role will work alongside our investor clients to encourage proactive human capital management strategies at companies to maximize performance with a healthy, engaged, innovative and productive workforce in line with the undergoing transformation. Human capital management can be a significant risk to long-term value creation as people are a critical component of intangible assets for any business and their capacity to generate shareholder returns. Hence, investors need companies to have a future focused approach to hiring, retaining, and developing talent, and to address the workforce transformation.

This position would suit an ESG professional with a strong background within human capital management. This role offers the opportunity to engage with publicly listed multi-national companies to bring about beneficial change in the company’s approach to human capital, and the overall ESG performance. The role blends research and analysis with company, investor client, and other stakeholder engagement, whilst providing written updates on progress to investor clients.

The ideal candidate will be a polished communicator with knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of trends influencing human capital management, and the active ownership process of our investor clients.
