The team you will be a part of The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.This role in summary

Manage supply base to prevent availability issues, anticipating and avoiding parts supply problems. Leading cross-functional teams (internal & external) to drive resolution.  Maintain manufacturing production by resolving supplier-caused disruptions.

Your responsibilities will include Supplier Risk ManagementCapacity Analysis, resolving potential issues due to demand and/or supplier constraintsConstraint Management, managing investment process, preparing business cases, following the end-to-end purchasing processPerforms carry-over parts analysisSupplier Caused DTC (Deliver to Commitment)PAIN (Parts Availability Issues Notification) resolutionManages and executes supplier MOB activities within assigned commodities for all or any plantsInteract with internal and external stakeholders as part of the project execution (MCL, Suppliers, Procurement, Subsystems, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality)Provides input and updates to a Supply Operations leadership to inform plant and business stakeholdersMinimum requirements 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Materials Management or ManufacturingBusiness, Engineering, or Supply Chain DegreePreferred skills and experiences Advanced MS Excel or Google SheetsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or Supply ChainCommunication skillsSAP / Windchill experienceGS3:P2P experienceProactive, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Analytical Skills
