About the Role

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Organize interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemLead employer branding initiatives whereas working with local and global vendors as neededOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidateResearching talent acquisition trends to improve the process

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar work experienceFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationExceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
