Job Description: 

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Testing COE to join our team at MBPS. This role reports directly to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager of Testing CoE of Integrated Compliance Services (ICS). The Senior Analyst will support testing, monitoring, and quality assurance tasks in Asia.

Key Responsibilities: 

Support and implement the annual testing plan and offer solutions to improve business processes and best practices.Prepare and conduct testing, including creating templates, gathering data, and drafting reports.Help prepare training materials and presentations for management.Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders.Plan and coordinate activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.Document testing workflows and processes.Handle other compliance testing requests as needed.

Qualifications: 

Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and adept in report writing. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.Professional Experience: Background in financial services, especially in compliance, insurance, banking, or auditing. Experience in providing high-level customer service and building positive relationships.Work Style: Capable of working independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision. Eager and quick learner with enthusiasm for team growth and training.Interpersonal and Compliance Expertise: Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, culturally aware, and effective in negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance concepts.
