Education, experience and skills:
Basic:
Finance or accounting degree certification. At least 2 years working experience in the field of financial or accounting. Good knowledge of MS products (Excel, Word). Fluent EnglishPreferred:
Treasury or Banking experience. Knowledge of cash and treasury management activities. Knowledge of treasury systems. (Quantum). Skills in organizing the tasks, tracking, analyzing, storing and presenting information. Good communication skills to communicate with both internal and external customers (banks). Able to work under pressure and with some autonomy and set priorities. Strong Team spirit. Problem Solving.

Howmet is currently in search of a Senior Analyst, Treasury supporting our Treasury organization in Székesfehérvár.
This role is part of the Global Corporate Treasury team. The Team provides financing, cash management, banking, FX, trade finance and other treasury services in multiple currencies to all the global locations of Howmet. This role is reporting directly to a Treasury Manager.
Key activities:
Daily cash management activities: Oversee the daily cash positioning and daily liquidity requirements. Execute and record foreign exchange transaction. Performing the cash forecasting, intraday cash balancing and variance analysis process. Intercompany Financing: Management of intercompany loans / deposits draw-downs (including Money Market deals / Zero balanced deals and coordination at netting cycles). Scheduling and execution of Intercompany financing transactions. Bank account management: Coordinate with Howmet’s core banks on account openings /closings as well maintain the accounts of Howmet locations in accordance with the procedures. Perform updates (signatory changes etc.) timely and review the data base for which the incumbent is the Single Point of Accountability. Bank Fee administration: Perform the monthly bank fees analysis and bank fee survey. Other activities: Perform ASAT processing and testing. Liaise with PWC, Shared Services and sites/locations. Participate in implementation of new software and their upgrade. Have initiatives to redesign processes and tools to improve efficiency as well as participate in Treasury system changes or upgrades. Expertise assistance (investigations) to locations and shared services.Organization and communication skills are vital in this area. The incumbent must be capable of ensuring a proper follow-up of open issues and of dealing with tight deadlines in some cases as well as to show rigor and strictness. The incumbent should show initiatives in coordination with his manager.
