Senior Analyst, US Workers' Compensation
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** As NIKE’s Workers Compensation Claims Senior Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our Global Risk Finance & Claims Management team. Reporting to the Global Claims Manager, you will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including NIKE HR, Legal, Retail, Safety, Loss Prevention, Air MI, and other departments, to support the resolution of Workers Compensation claims. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with adjusters, insurers, brokers, legal counsel, and other Workers Compensation-related parties to ensure effective claims management. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking a Senior Analyst, US Workers Compensation, who will play a crucial role in our team. The ideal candidate will have: + A Bachelor’s Degree in risk management, insurance, law, finance or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. Advanced certifications (i.e. AIC, CPCU, and/or ARM) are a plus + A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in US Workers Compensation Insurance Claims or a related field + Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Risk/Claim Management Information Systems (RMIS), Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP + Intermediate knowledge of claims administration within the US Workers Compensation coverage line, and a basic understanding of risk management/loss prevention and the U.S. legal environment. + Keen attention to detail, curiosity to learn, a growth mindset, and a drive to develop and contribute effectively as part of a team + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks, and opportunities + Ability to build influential cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** In this role, you will be accountable for delivering results within three key functions: Claims Program Administration, TPA Oversight, and Internal Coordination with a variety of NIKE stakeholders. + **Claims Program Administration** : You will support the gathering, analysis, and delivery of claim and exposure information, support reporting to excess insurance carriers, provide and interpret claim data for actuarial analysis, and review and authorize the resolution of US WC claims. + **TPA Oversight** : You will facilitate NIKE input into claims decisions, provide direction to the TPA on individual claims, and ensure the TPA has access to required employment information. + **Internal Coordination** : You will facilitate consistent US Workers Compensation claim administration through cooperation with internal stakeholders, training, workflow, and sharing of required information.
