Senior Analyst, Vendor Acquisition-BGC
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new sellers through a variety of channels, including online marketing, offline initiatives, and referral programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully acquiring new sellers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies
- Devise and execute comprehensive seller acquisition strategies through a mix of online and offline channels.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify potential sellers and understand market trends.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales conversion rates through data-driven insights.ยท

Online Marketing
- Oversee online marketing campaigns to attract new sellers through platforms such as social media, search engines, etc.
- Creation of compelling content and advertisements to drive seller interest.

Offline Initiatives
- Plan and execute offline initiatives such as events, trade shows, and partnerships to build relationships with potential sellers.
- Develop and maintain a network within relevant industry events to identify potential business opportunities.

Referral Program Management
- Establish and manage a successful referral program to encourage existing sellers, customers, and partners to refer potential sellers to the platform.
- Monitor and optimize the referral program for maximum effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Regularly analyze data related to seller acquisition efforts, identify key performance indicators, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of different acquisition channels and initiatives.
