Position Summary Based in Franklin, Indiana area and reporting to the Manager – NA Warehousing, the Senior Analyst oversees operational and inventory control activities at one or more warehouses and helps direct the daily warehouse operations to drive world class distribution performance through the use of continuous improvement activities and by developing and leveraging analytics and data driven KPI’s. Responsibilities Advocate for supply chain excellence by driving to improve DC operations, inventory accuracy and customer service levels Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to plan, develop and execute warehousing strategies in alignment with organizational goals Support and promote a modern culture of data by integrating data & analytics into daily ways of working Partner with external 3PL to drive continuous improvements in warehousing operations Leverage inventory best practices Provide tactical leadership and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure supply chain and distribution objectives are met Evaluate reported distribution errors to develop and implement corrective actions to ensure system of record is accurate Accountable for assigned warehouse location(s) inventory accuracy and inventory reconciliation Responsible for assigned warehouse(s) inventory controls, including compliance with all inventory related SOX requirements Evaluate and analyze inventory data to drive actionable insights and decision making Serve as an interface between Supply Chain functions and the 3PL warehouse to improve internal stakeholder satisfaction Develop and leverage inventory-based analytics to provide new visibility into the warehouse operations Help establish a culture of continuous improvement within assigned warehouse(s), utilizing lean tools and techniques to eliminate waste Support special projects including cost reduction, service improvement, and value-added services May also perform additional duties as assigned What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years equivalent work experience in inventory management, industrial engineering, operations management, warehouse management, supply planning, or procurement 3PL warehouse (third-party logistics) management experience User level knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Understanding of supply chain management including the effects of distribution activities across the broader spectrum of an organization Exposure to programs such as Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement practices Ability to work in a team environment and solve problems Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills Strong collaborative skills: a proven influencer able to gain trust and confidence from peers and leadership Will need to manage flexible hours as required to support warehouse operations Ability to manage external provider relationships Travel required: 5%-10% (Domestic) Come join us! Total Rewards Package The salary range for this position is USD $76,000.00/Yr. - USD $92,400.00/Yr. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
