What You’ll Be Doing
Credit Adjudication team is responsible for the adjudication of Personal Lending across multiple brands (CIBC & Simplii), products (Secured and Unsecured) and distribution channels (Branch, Telephone, Paper, and Mobile). This team also oversees the capacity needs for the RDS Team . As the Senior Analyst, Workforce Management & Optimization you will provide ongoing scheduling, Intraday inventory management, forecasting and reporting support to improve risk management work allocation and optimize business resource utilization. The applicant should be available to have the flexibility to work different shifts. Main shift would be 1:30 P.M to 9:30 P.M EST; but sometimes we could ask to shift to a morning shift (6:30 A.M to 2:30 P.M EST).

How You’ll Succeed
Workplace Scheduling - Overseeing the management and administration of all scheduling processes and skill/capacity utilization across Credit Adjudication portfolios. Responding to various ad hoc scheduling requests from several Credit Adjudication clients. You will have expert knowledge of scheduling methodologies and operational principles, including workforce scheduling practices and tools and other related technologies.Analytical and Data focused - Highly developed analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. Exposure to database software, sufficient to create sophisticated graphs/charts/reports.Self-planning - skills sufficient to schedule, organize, and carry out work assignments according to established work plans, adjusting work schedules according to changing priorities.Communication - Well-developed interactive skills sufficient to convey factual and conceptual information on issues requiring detailed explanation and interpretation. Highly developed writing skills sufficient to prepare written materials involving detailed descriptions and explanation requiring the accurate use of specialized terminology to communicate information. It is an asset if the person is bilingual in French.Who You Are

It is an asset to be able to leverage new automation technologies such as power automate, alteryx, azure dev ops, other.You have a degree/diploma in a relevant bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Process Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative discipline such as Applied Statistics; related banking/business/finance knowledge is considered an asset.You have banking experience in a role exposed to workforce management principles.You have advanced skills in excel. You are able to create and leverage with ease pivot tables, conditionals, graphs, reports. Knowing how to build macros would be an asset.Values matter to you.
