**_What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
**_Qualifications_**
**_Internals_**
+ Open to existing B4s, P1s and P2s with minimum 2 years Workforce Management experience
+ Should meet IJP qualifications (At least 3.0/ Achieved/ Meets on last performance rating, No existing DA, not under prescriptive period, been in the current role for a minimum 1yr...)
**_Externals_**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in Workforce Management (real time monitoring)
+ Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
+ Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
+ Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
+ Scheduling experience is a plus
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Working knowledge with Verint, Genesys or similar WF tools
+ Strong communication skills
+ Experience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
+ Analytical with attention to detail
+ Creative and problem solving oriented
+ Proficient in handling Tableau (preferred)
+ Alteryx and Power BI experience (preferred)
+ Willing to work US hours and do rotating shift on Saturdays and work on site (BGC)
**_What is expected of you and others at this level:_**
+ Ability to manage real time adherence in different lines of business in a multi-skill environment simultaneously (shrinkage, service level, under/overstaffing etc.)
+ Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUP, INDEX, IFS, pivot tables, MATCH, table arrays)
+ Track system issues and assess the impact on operational performance
+ Conduct trend analysis of call volumes and business activities to anticipate and recommend changes in daily and real time strategies
+ Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
+ Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
+ Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
+ Maintain databases and regularly examine data reports and accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
+ Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
+ Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
+ Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
