Verisk Extreme Event Solutions (formerly AIR Worldwide) is looking for a highly passionate, motivated individual to join the Consulting and Client Services Group. As a member of Verisk’s consulting and client services team based in London, you will provide services to our London and international insurance and reinsurance clients. Use your technical, analytical, and project management skills to work with clients to enhance their usage of the Verisk suite of solutions and help troubleshoot any software-related issues.
As a member of Verisk’s Casualty Analytics Team, you will serve an important role in supporting our London-based clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but growing team where you will directly influence the ways we enable client success now and in the future. You will use your technical, analytical and project management skills to work with clients and prospective clients to enhance the value gained from their use of the Arium solution. Effective communicator, with ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with all levels of knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and quantitative skills and a solid understanding of probability conceptsKnowledge and use of Python (preferred) or other programming languageAbility to solve problems creatively, and work without close directionOrganized and detail-orientedUnderstanding of casualty insurance coverages an advantage2 years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, ERM or cat modeling roles an advantage

Troubleshoot client issues and answer client questions related to the Arium platformAnalyze data and model output in support of proof-of-concept and consultancy projectsAct as a conduit for client feedback to support model and software developmentCreate and deliver training material for new product usersDemo Arium software to prospective clients Continuously challenge and innovate upon processes currently in place to support our clientsThis role is based in London with periodic travel required
