Job Summary

The Senior Analyst – Labor Productivity is responsible for assisting with the implementation, maintenance and reporting of labor productivity processes, programs and systems.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, analytics, mathematics, business, or related fields. Master's degree or Ph.D preferred in computer science, analytics, mathematics, business, or related fields. Expert level knowledge in PowerBI and SQL required. 5 to 10  years of relevant experience required. Working knowledge in Python preferred. Knowledge of healthcare operations, finance and/or human resources preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$30.25 - $45.75 per hour
