As we endeavour, we are seeking a dynamic talent for the role of “Senior Analyst – Advanced Analytics”We are looking for a team member to support our analytics team based out of US. Robust analytics is a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines.It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation across different franchises.The core of the role is to be a trusted business partner having deep data mining expertise and a strong advanced analytical skill set.The role will partner with the GBU Business Transformation team to support with advanced data analysis, Model building, Promo-Mix modelling, Insights, generating reports, and presenting the insights or output to senior Leadership

People:Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks with an end objective to develop model and analysis as per requirement.Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines and maintaining budgetPerformance indicators: Feedback from (end stakeholders) on overall satisfactionPerformance:Hands on modelling in support of GenMed, Specialty Care, CHC, Pasteur resource allocation workEvaluates the effectiveness of various promotion and marketing programs leveraging secondary data sourcesMarketing mix model / Promotion response model / ROI analysisImpact of channel dynamics: Field Force/Multi-Channel Modelling (New Commercial Model)Optimizes promotion resource allocationScenario-Based SimulationOther analyses include customer segmentation, market performance analysis/trend Break detection, pricing analysis, web-analytic toolsDevelops new methodologies/software solutionsCreates, maintains, updates, and evolves Marketing Mix Models GloballyResponsible for consistent metrics as inputs and outputs of the modelsQuantitative Strategy Consultant partner with a broad range of internal cross-BU client teams across regions to deliver and advise seamless solutions across the most specific marketing and sales issues facing a clientEngage with lead Global Service Hub lead to formulate and apply state-of-the-art management science approaches (Resource Allocation) to define the need from the clientsIntegrate output from the Global Analytic CoE to support Regional Strategy issues working with the Global Service Hub leadSubject Matter Expert in Marketing Mix implementationStrong healthcare industry knowledge and experienceAbility to assimilate multiple sources of information into actionable insight for business issuesStrong working knowledge of relevant data sources and ability to search for new and informative sources.
Performance indicators: Adherence to timeline, quality targetProcess:Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by the medical/ field writing group, including scientific documents and clinical/medical reportsContribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the medical/ field writing group; andSecure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standardsRefresh report on frequency/cycle basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually), along with QC checks for each refreshUse latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to provide support on all sort of regular and adhoc business analytics activities like build, maintenance, and enhancements of such systemsAbility to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBUWork collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requestsBe able to provide and defend gathered intelligence, methodology, content, and conclusions to the global leadership in a clear, concise formatPerformance indicators: Feedback from stakeholders on satisfaction with deliverables Adherence to plan/calendar

About you
