Works closely with Agents, ensuring smooth loan processing, documentation and compliance.Processes loan transactions, verifying lender information, coordinating with internal teams and external parties, and maintaining operational efficiency.Reviews and process loans submitted by Agent locations ensuring completeness and accuracy.Acts as liaison between lending entities and Agent locations providing support and resolving queries.Assists in day-to-day operations.Identifies discrepancies in loan transactions, perform quality checks and escalate potential risks to appropriate teams/individuals.Addresses queries regarding loan process, transactions, etc.Suggest and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.Ensures that all transactions assigned are handled efficiently and effectively in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
