• Has familiarity with analytic software packages and tools, including SQL, SAS, R, Tableau and Python.
• Is proficient in, and is building an increasing mastery of, advanced Excel skills, including Lookup functions, Pivots, Conditional Statements, Reference functions, and more.
• Can independently integrate data into PowerPoint decks and build both standard and customized visualizations and slides.
• Has experience and hands-on working knowledge of Market Mix Modelling
ANALYTIC
• Identifies and poses solutions for model development to answer client business questions.
• Has a deep knowledge of the methodologies and processes employed by MMA and can communicate them effectively.
• Is effectively able to identify and resolve quality control issues.
• Possesses a solid understanding of the key media channels and their execution.
• Demonstrates an understanding of data source types that utilize different nomenclature but represent similar concepts.
• Leverages general business acumen and an understanding of relevant econometric factors to interpret model results.
• Demonstrates command of all data sources and variables used within a model
