Job Description: The mission of the Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sustainment Group, and International Sustainment Department (ISD) V45 is to provide Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for 2 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the government Program Manager with all aspects of logistics of acquisition and execution by developing and recommending strategies. Gathers, analyzes, and provides data compiled from a variety of sources in preparation for reviews and meetings. Works independently in the performance of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and Support Equipment (SE) programs. Life cycle sustainment and logistics support services covers all phases of the acquisition life cycle, including new program logistics support, sustainment, and disposal.   Provide Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) subject matter expertise (SME) to the Program Manager, Case Manager and Logistics personnel.   Provide recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans. Analyze prospective changes to aircraft/weapons/SE quantities and determine the potential effects that these changes will have on program life cycle support. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Support and attend Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
