Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst – Customer Strategy and Innovation will support a portfolio of large scale, key initiatives and develop the long-term strategies for future process and technology improvements with a primary focus on all of United’s biometrics initiatives. This is a Chicago-based, hybrid position that will require 2-3 days in the office per week, plus up to 40% travel throughout the year.

· Collaborate with Airport Operations and Digital Technology teams to understand operational needs and challenges related to biometrics

· Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed operational requirements for new technology solutions

· Conduct thorough testing of new technology solutions to ensure they meet operational requirements and are user-friendly

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop deployment plans and execute successful technology rollouts

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners throughout the project

· Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of newly implemented technology solutions

· Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on the use of new technology solutions

· Own and drive the roadmap to meet CBP’s biometric boarding requirement for international departures

· Experience creating and writing detailed business requirements

· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to grow as a subject matter expert

· Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

· Field implementation or experience working directly with operations/frontline teams

· Experience working directly with technology teams
