The Americas Product Deployment team implements, integrates, and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions.

The Americas Product Deployment team is seeking technology savvy and innovative individuals to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality and operational performance. In this role, you will be working with the product team and technology developers.

What you'll on a Typical day :

Data Solutions Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Upload files to Online Booking Tools to build, update, and delete traveler profilesMonitor, triage, and work fallout when records in initial upload files failedUpload log files to shared aim to enable faster troubleshooting when neededAdhere to SLAs, contractual agreements, and legal complianceIdentify improvement opportunities and determine solutions to achieve business goalsAbility to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions

What We’re looking for:

Should have minimum 2 years of experienceAbility to think analytically and conceptuallyAnalyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities/solutions to achieve goalsCreative technical problem solverSelf-starter who works well independently and in a team environmentSelf-manage your workload and able to handle multiple, complex customers with competing prioritiesAbility to drive results
