Our Pacific teams combine local market knowledge with global best practice to offer our clients a market leading platform. **The Opportunity:** + An Analyst role in our Industrial & Logistics Sales & Leasing division covering Melbourne West, Australia’s largest industrial market. + Working with institutional grade industrial assets, preparing cash flows, assisting with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of sales and leasing transactions. + Analysing economic and financial trends to assist with presentations. + Performing a broad range of project related tasks, tracking market transactions, investment advisory, due diligence research, development, and market consultancy. + Co-ordinating the brokerage team & participating in client meetings and inspections. + Business development, stakeholder engagement and relationship building. **About you:** + Tertiary qualification in Property/Finance with 1-2 years’ experience preferred. + Preferably some experience working within Valuations, Property Management or another property related role (CPV not required). + Strong Excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organised mindset. + Excellent written, graphical and face to face presentation skills. + Career minded, client focused and committed to delivery. **So, What’s in it for you?** + Learn from the best!
