Impact You'll Make:

This role will act as a key Analyst of the TransUnion Rental Screening Services (TURSS) team and is responsible for leading ongoing efforts to surface trends, supporting product strategy, and making data feel accessible and trusted by decision-makers.

This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Tenant leadership including sales and solution. The Product Analyst will have the opportunity to During your first 90 days, you will learn database structures and build out dashboards to help manage our new screening report vendor.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product for Tenant SolutionsIn your first 90 days, build out Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders to debut our refreshed KPIs, report performance, and monitor data quality for products that serve enterprise operators, independent owners, and property management companiesEach week, earn trust through consistent, timely delivery of data to fuel recurring research and analysis by Operations and Solutions teamsEvery month, contribute to presentations on performance, risk, and compliance for cross-functional groups and leadershipAs needed, complete ad hoc requests for Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Solutions teams which may relate to litigation, new industry laws, billing reconciliation, and vendor managementLead analytics for Tenant Solutions as an individual contributor who sets clear expectations and resets expectations promptly when/if priorities must changePartner with product people who manage platform, vendor integrations, and B2B and B2C productsCoach teammates to self-service by making evergreen dashboards and documentation accessibleImprove manual processes and automate work to maximize the value you’re able to deliverFuel product discovery and design through current insights on performance and industry benchmarks

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
