Key Responsibilities:The Sr Analyst - United for Business Products role is responsible for direct management of a subset of Uniteds business-to-business corporate, leisure, and TMC products. Core activities include tactical adjustment of product features (pricing, benefits, eligibility, etc.), project management of larger product launches or enhancements, and broader customer needs assessments to fill product whitespaces. The role involves extensive coordination with Sales Pricing, Sales Incentives, Sales Amenities, United for Business Marketing, and other United commercial partners to develop and market corporate agreements, business traveler benefits, agency capabilities, and B2B payment options that are industry-leading and customer-centric.
Oversee specific project management activities, including owning project task tracker, setting project timelines, coordinating stakeholder activities, and assembling project deliverables.Continuously collect sales manager feedback, assess commercial implications, and incorporate as needed into technical processes, product components and customer-facing policy.Collaborate with both other Sales groups and other United commercial departments (such as RM, Loyalty, Network, Marketing and Operations) to assemble product components.Create portions of executive and leadership updates on United for Business product activities, particularly for Sales leadership and periodic Daily Revenue Meetings.Note: This is a Chicago-based role, working a hybrid schedule with in-office requirements up to 50% of the time. This position will be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
