This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability. Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative field - Finance, Economics,  Analytics , Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics3+ years' experience in similar advanced analytics position required3+ years’ experience using SQL, Python, SAS or similar tools to mine and analyze large data sets.2+ years’ experience in building statistical models and deriving business strategies leveraging the models.2+ years’ experience developing business strategies based on data analyses.Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and execute small to medium scale projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present materialWork well within a team of analysts and collaborate with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.

 

Preferred

Master’s degree in business or quantitative fieldExperience in automotive or financial services industry.Experience with segmentation software such as Model builder, knowledge seeker or R preferred.Experience with designing and implementing champion challenger strategies

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $150000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
