Project Management:
Lead data-related projects from conception to completion
Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Presentation and Communication:
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes the account/regional directors, account champions, facility managers plus internal and other external stakeholders
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards
Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders – internal and external stakeholders such as account directors, champions, facility managers and regional stakeholders
Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients
Strategic Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts
Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Data Collection and Management:
Extracting, collecting, and gathering data from various sources, including live data streams
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms
Developing and maintaining data pipelines
Implementing data governance practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Identifying data-related issues and determining root causes
Managing data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access
Participating in data integration projects and initiatives
Complying with and contributing to data standardization efforts
Data Accuracy: Auditing database access and requests
Continually reviewing processes for improvement
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets
Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives
Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI experience is good to have but not required
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between data and decision-making, providing valuable insights that drive business growth and innovation.
