+ The Finance SCM Compliance Senior Analyst will be focused on monitoring internal control and compliance throughout the global organization and company, as it pertains to inventory and PTP processes.
+ The incumbent will support the development and optimization of processes to monitor adherence with Eaton policy, internal control standards, and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ The Finance SCM Compliance Senior Analyst will be focused on monitoring internal control and compliance throughout the global organization and company, as it pertains to inventory and PTP processes. The incumbent will support the development and optimization of processes to monitor adherence with Eaton policy, internal control standards, and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ List the main functions of the role, being clear and concise (avoid using abbreviations, use short sentences, stress what is unique, emphasize what makes your job and organization special). + Coordinate the annual Physical Inventory Date and Exemption and Physical Inventory submissions processes and monitor timely completion and compliance to policy requirements.
+ Coordinate the quarterly Cycle Count control monitoring process and monitor for timely completion and compliance to policy requirements.
+ Coordinate the annual Fixed Asset Physical Inventory submission process and monitor timely completion and compliance to policy requirements.
+ Coordinate and monitor for timely completion and compliance to policy requirements for PTP related SOX controls processes across the organization which includes annual PO approval workflow reviews across ERPs (i.e., SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and Oracle VG).
+ Work in a global team environment directly supporting the Controls, Compliance, and Advisory (CCA) team and interacting with various Finance and SCM staff in the business locations
**Qualifications:**
Requirement :
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
+ Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance policy and internal control standards.
**Skills:**
+ Demonstrate understanding and experience within the following areas:
+ Detailed understanding of financial business processes (INV, OTC, PTP, RTR)
+ Advanced desktop analytic skills
+ Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)
+ Experience within a SAP and Oracle ERPs
+ Experience within a global manufacturing plant environment an advantage
+ Supply chain finance compliance & process experience preferred"
+ Excellent analytical, written and oral English communication skills
