Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues by working with internal teams and providing user support.Manage and maintain critical applications, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance improvements.Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Follow and support implementation and change management processes (e.g., using ServiceNow ITSM).Maintain documentation and knowledge base to support operations and continuous improvement.What you need to have:
At least 3-5 years of application technical support, strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsStrong application support experience in insurance domain applicationsSound understanding for Identity and access management (IAM) and user access management.Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQLUnix applications deployments on Jboss6, Unix/Linux, EAP, IISFlexible work approach as some weekend/public holiday work and on call work will be required in this roleWhat makes you stand out:
