Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The Senior Analyst - Marketing, Consumer Products is a key member of the Consumer Proprietary Products team within Canada, managing the American Express Cobalt Card, the American Express Green Card and the American Express Gold Rewards Card. It provides a unique opportunity to join a team that will be a fundamental driver of growth for the Canadian P&L and the associated services, benefits, and capabilities of the product. You’ll join a team that is focused on driving the best experiences and products for our Cardmembers. As a member of the Consumer Proprietary Products team, you will work closely with a group of partners that span across local and central teams to deliver products and services that are relevant and exciting to our Cardmembers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of product strategy, finding opportunities for margin enhancements, and taking pride in flawless execution of everything you own. Being a member of this team means you can influence the Cardmember’s behaviour through thoughtful and principled marketing strategies, communications, and product changes. You will continually develop and hone your analytical skills through the compilation of monthly performance dashboards, analyzing data, and extracting insights to inform product strategy and campaign development. **Role Responsibilities** **_Marketing_** + Leverage data and insights to develop marketing strategies. + Collaborate with creative agencies to develop collateral enabling customer engagement. + Measure downstream campaign performance to inform future actions. + Oversee all product messages and disclosure materials targeted to prospects and the Cardmember base. **_Strategy & Analytics_** + Support the development and execution of portfolio strategy including new products/capabilities and product refresh efforts. + Develop regular reports measuring and analyzing the performance of key business metrics, recommend and implement strategic actions and solutions. + Understand customer and competitive trends by carrying out periodic competitive and qualitative assessments and providing commentary on findings. + Assess financials/business cases for revised and new product. **_Project Management_** + Take an initiative from conception through implementation and evaluation. + Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. + Create an organized and logical approach to workload. **_Relationship Management_** + Manage and lead stakeholders throughout projects and campaigns. + Work effectively across broader Amex teams to deliver enhanced efficiencies, processes, services and Cardmember experiences (Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Technologies, etc.). **Personal Attributes** **:** + Logical and naturally curious mindset; seeks opportunities to learn and develop. + Professional, self-motivated, and driven. + Demonstrates personal accountability. **Required Skills** **:** + Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously. + Ability to organize other people and meet deadlines. + Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. + Ability to select, review and analyze diverse data sets related to business performance (e.g., financial performance, business process optimization). + Ability to interpret complex data to develop business cases. + Strong relationship management, influencing and collaboration skills. **Qualifications** **:** + University Degree (preferably Business/Marketing) with minimum 1-2 years of marketing or management work experience. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
