We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions Tax to join our Honeywell team in Prague.
You will play a vital role in supporting our corporate tax team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and with your expertise in tax law and financial analysis will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the organization's financial objectives. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by providing expert tax advice and guidance on M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and assessing the tax implications of business decisions. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of Honeywell's M&A activities and help drive the company's growth. The role will report to the Tax Director, located in Prague.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct tax due diligence for potential M&A transactionsAssess the tax implications of proposed business decisions and transactionsProvide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax complianceAssist in the integration of acquired companies from a tax perspectiveKey Experience & Capabilities:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax analysis, preferably with prior M&A-related experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or equivalent certificationAdvanced level of English, written and spokenWe Value:
