Title: Senior Analyst – Network Operations Engineer

Location: Electronic City- Phase 1, Bangalore

 

Description:

Your Role: The Network Operations Engineer will be part of a team of experts responsible for handling network/security support including incident, and service request management. The team will also manage network performance by maintaining network software configurations, managing the distribution of patches and software releases, network and system trouble shooting, monitoring tools, and alarm conditions. This engineer will interface with field operations, engineering teams, equipment vendors and network service providers.

 

Required Skills:

Must Have:

4-9 Years of experienceExpertise knowledge in Perimeter security – Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Force Point), DDOS, IPS/IDS. Firewall policies, Failover, multiple context mode and Transparent firewall, NAT/PAT, VPN technologies – IPSEC & SSL VPN.Good experience in troubleshooting complex network issues. Basic/Good knowledge of monitoring tools (CA Spectrum/SolarWinds/ManageEngine)Basic/Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating systemsGood knowledge of ITSM process (INC, RITM, and Change process)Ready to work in 24/7 shifts.Experience working in a team oriented.Good communication skills (verbal and written)

 

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of F5 with LTM, APM, and GTMGood knowledge of Radius and Tacacs servers (ISE, ACS)Good knowledge of proxy solution - BlueCoat/ForcePoint/Zscaler

 

Certifications:

CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP certification and F5 Certification.
