As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Sr Analyst, Order to Cash Process will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.

 

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Order Fulfillment Process, the successful candidate will represent the end-to-end Order to Cash, including Order Processing & Fulfillment throughout the implementation of best-in-class technology. They will be the subject matter expert in this field and will link all solution design decisions to the globally consistent process. This critical team member will need to step in, roll up their sleeves, and get into the details of solution design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive technology solution design for customer service processes both domestic and export portfoliosBring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design to create an industry-leading technology solutionTranslate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilitiesEnsure alignment between ERP and 3PL technology solution designEngage with global and regional subject matter experts in their specific area of focus and incorporate feedback into the overall solution designPrioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the systemProvide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team

 

Required Experience and Knowledge:

2-3 years of supply chain, technology, or related experienceAbility to translate business requirements into technology solutionsAbility to work collaboratively across several functions and regionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutionsContinuous improvement mindset with a bias towards actionExperience with deployment of ERP and/or 3PL technology integration

 

Personal Qualifications:

Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Compensation Package: $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
