Reporting to the Manager of Platform Services, the Senior Analyst – Platform Services will be responsible for working with team members in operational and compliance tasks, quarterly reviews of our environments to ensure reliability in documentation, as well as the day-to-day tasks below.

 

Your Day To Day

Working with project management identifying resource constraints. Working with invoice approvals and maintaining accurate documentation. Assist in writing or auditing Compliance Processes and Control documentation.   Assisting the team in completing Westinghouse Self Assessment Testing when it comes to Infrastructure compliance. Successfully completing projects, tasks, and initiatives by embracing a team-first approach. Works in collaboration with team and offers feedback, where appropriate, to complete individual and group efforts.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and in a written format.

 

 

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related experience Understanding at a high level of Infrastructure services. (Windows, Virtualization, and Backups). Experience in managing small projects 3+ years’ experience hands on support and troubleshooting of Windows. Experience in the following systems is preferred.  Windows Servers, VMWare, Citrix.
