Senior Analyst Pricing Analytics

This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton’s strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton’s goals. As a Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Pricing Analytics team reporting to the Manager, Pricing Analytics you will work on projects including testing and tracking of pricing initiatives and provide insights that drive the future of revenue management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nGather requirements with the business or main partner groups.\nMeasure the effectiveness of strategic commercial initiatives and communicate back to partner groups.\nSupport main reoccurring business reporting including the Commercial Performance Review and Commercial sections of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nRegular internal team meetings and weekly meetings with partner teams to ensure all priorities are aligned and expectations are clear.\nWork with fellow team members to improve and collaborate on new types of analysis.\nWeekly learning opportunities within the team to gain both business knowledge and enhance technical skills.\n\n

What projects you will take ownership of:

\n\nParticipate in the launch of new pricing initiatives and lead the performance measurement process using KPI.\nDeliver actionable recommendations to enhance future tests.\nBe the analytics voice in multi-year pricing initiatives and support ongoing data needs in these discussions.\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nThree (3) years of professional experience creating and analyzing reports, capturing reporting requirements, and developing reports and dashboards\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nTwo (2) years of functional experience in Hotel Sales, Revenue Management, or Hospitality Analytics\nOne (1) year of working with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling\nExperience in advanced analytic techniques, within R or Python toolkit\n\n\n
