Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is undergoing a transformation re-establishing itself as a quality provider of efficient and effective services to the whole of National Grid. EBS is overhauling several end-to-end processes to deliver a quality service to its internal users (i.e., BUs) and external customers and suppliers globally.
The Global Capabilities organization will lead on topics that cut across all service lines across EBS, such as strategy, service excellence, and controls. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, analysing and enhancing business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of processes coordinating continuous improvement activities across one or many service lines in Business Services while building a sustainable continuous improvement culture using proven methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, etc.

Annual Salary
$79,000-$93,000
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
