The US Business Platinum Product Management team owns the product strategy, value proposition, and P&L for our product. This team member will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we are delivering valuable benefits, exceptional servicing, and a personalized customer experience to our Business Platinum Card Members. This is a unique opportunity to join one of GCS’s most influential and critical Product teams, playing a key supporting role in all aspects of Product Management.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
+ Monitor key portfolio insights including customer satisfaction metrics (NPS) and complaints to identify customer experience improvement opportunities
+ Oversee issue management, ensure all remediation milestones are met and clearly communicated
+ Collaborate with partners to enhance Business Platinum customer experience, including the strategy, training and collateral for our frontline Servicing and Sales professionals
+ Contribute to the design of the U.S. Platinum Card value proposition, including the launch and/or enhancement of benefits and services
+ Partner across GCS and the enterprise to ensure value proposition and benefit changes are accurately positioned across all marketing assets and communicated to all marketing partners.
+ Oversee and represent product in marketing strategy across all channels (Email, Digital, Affiliate, Paid Media) and influence Playbook for positioning.
+ Lead competitive insights for the premium credit card landscape, informing Platinum product strategy
+ Own budget management to ensure optimization and on-time utilization of annual investments, including proper tracking and allocation
+ Confident, meticulous project management across a matrix of teams to drive initiatives forward
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 1-2 years working experience
+ Customer-focused and desire to understand and relate to business owner needs
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at various levels
+ Ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive winning strategies
+ Strong MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills required
+ Proactive and solutions-oriented
+ Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
+ Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
+ Passion for learning with a creative and growth mindset
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior Product Management, New Product Development, Marketing or history of P&L management experience is preferred
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
