What will you do?
A day in the life of a VF Senior Analyst, Reporting (Americas), looks a little like this.
This role, reporting to the Manager FP&A Americas, will lead all reporting for the Americas region. The primary responsibilities are to create and maintain all FP&A reporting for the region, providing insights into monthly operating results for all brands in the platform and give account to the forecast and plans that are submitted through financial systems. This individual will also make sure that best practices are established in the region and support the evolution of our future vision of advanced reporting supported by the digital technology team.
The Americas financial planning and analysis group serves as the critical support for the Vice President, Region Finance AMER for the analysis and presentation of all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the Americas Region and supporting the broader FP&A community in Americas.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Lead reporting for the AMER region with accountability for data accuracy, timeliness, in publishing all reports.
Accountable for creation, standardization and maintenance of all reporting for the AMER FP&A team as well as coordination for reporting needs for the AMER FP&A community.
Establish reporting best practices for all brands in the region.
Partner with Digital Technology team supporting AMER to ensure the implementation of advanced reporting automation in support of the business.
Support the implementation of the FP&A planning tool for the AMER region.
Maintain Reporting database and ownership of the reported data and nodes.
Build partnership across the AMER FP&A organization in support to all members and lead reporting trainings for all new members joining the community.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, we are looking for your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements along with a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or other related disciplines.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding PC skills in Microsoft environment, including spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation capabilities
Ability to work closely with the Finance community while driving a results-oriented culture and an atmosphere of accountability
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment & to be a team player
Highly organized & achievement-oriented
Self-starter, able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
Ability to effectively present findings to management in a clear and concise manner
Experiences that are not required but preferred are:
Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organizationMBA or CPA

Hiring Range:
$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
