Your Role:
Provide operational CRM user support for the SLS EMEA CRM user communityWork closely with the operations team to support the EMEA region and ensure defined Service Level Agreements are met for daily activities such as Contact and account merging, User creation and modification, Report and dashboard requests, Logging tickets (pricing tickets/Master data tickets), Follow-up and feedback, Records mass update requestsLiaise with Sales teams to ensure data quality and relevanceCreate reports and dashboards as per requirementsImplement and manage permission sets and profile-level security for user managementDevelop workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and flowsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsMaintain adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality standardsFulfill ad-hoc requests as neededCreate and maintain necessary reports for the team.Job specific Competencies & Skills:
Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and ADM-211Profound understanding of Salesforce objects and their functionalityAbility to create reports, dashboards, and maintain data securityKnowledge of workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and flowsBasic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQLCapacity to coordinate with global IT and other CRM teamsStrong customer-centric mindset with a focus on high-quality issue resolutionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to manage and support a large user community, serving over 2000 usersCapability to work on ad-hoc requests while maintaining focus on continuous system improvementWho you are:
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ideally in Lightning) Nice-to-have: Additional SFDC certificationsIdeally experience in ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Scala, etc.)At least 1-2 years of sales, pricing, commercial or business support experienceIdeally, basic know-how concerning the Life Science organizationShift: 01:30PM to 10:30PM (IST)
