What this job involves:

 

Accurate and timely inputs in HR systems and reports

You will perform a primarily responsibility in ensuring that new hire information in our recruiting system are accurate and on time. This role will be at the forefront in monitoring the onboarding requirements status of applicants in accordance to the overall hiring targets. It will be important for you to update related reports, and proactively communicate strategies and needed actions to ensure smooth application process for applicants, proper coordination of onboarding activities and overall performance within recruitment project timelines.

Promoting career opportunities, conducting applicant sourcing & screening activities
As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, there may also be chances for you to perform onboarding & recruitment related activities as your share in ensuring the team delivers recruitment targets. Performing activities ranging from sourcing applicants, monitoring referrals conducting interviews either through phone or face to face, providing recruitment related instructions, collecting application documents and overall promoting the exciting career opportunities offered by the company to increase the pool of interested talents.

 

Together with the team, you’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, the site leaders and other departments.

Experience and passion in Talent Acquisition
Do you have at least 3 months of professional, high-volume recruitment experience preferably from a BPO or Shared Services company? Do you possess good English communication skills?  Are you well-versed and highly adaptive to computer-based office administration systems & tools? Are you passionate about promoting employment opportunities and finding talents that fit share the objectives and values of the company? Are you resourceful, highly organized, have high discipline & integrity? Do you love supporting colleagues in accomplishing their goals?  You are what we’re looking for!

 

Onboarding administration execution
Key part of this role focuses on onboarding administration, including the collation of required documentation and payroll information as well as updating HR systems and trackers.  You must have a proven track record of flawless execution of an administrative process, all while following company standards and procedures. Ensuring that the team practices our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours is also under your mandate.
